A high quality cut and hold pruner with a dual blade opening setting feature designed to cut both hardwood as well as delicate branch material.
A modified version of the FELCO 11 on which the cut and hold blades have been screw-mounted. The pruner has been tested to accomplish thousands of cuts per day without adjustment of blade alignment.
